Whether you are a teacher, student, or parent/guardian, please share your story about mental health and emotional wellbeing in school.

To send us your story:

  • Tell us how you would describe yourself (Student, Teacher, Parent/Carer, Other)
  • Which school years does your story relate to:

    • Secondary
    • Primary and Secondary
    • Other
  • When you have written your story, please send it to: contact@acseed.org

Please follow these guidelines for your story:

  • Please tell us your name and where you live (county).
  • Please tell us whether you want to remain anonymous, or whether we can use your christian name on the website.
  • Try to focus on your particular experiences:
    • What challenges did you face?
    • How did you feel?
    • How did your school try to help you?
    • What worked for you? What didn't work for you?
  • Please note that we will change the names (people, schools, etc) used in your story before publicising on the website.
